Introduction Nawa Globe is a business communication and customer-management application developed and operated by Digializer. This Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, collected, used, stored, protected, and shared when authorized users use the Nawa Globe mobile application and its related web and backend services. Nawa Globe is intended for authorized employees, agents, administrators, and other business users of organizations that use the service. Depending on the customer relationship, an organization may control the business data entered into Nawa Globe, while Digializer processes that data to provide and support the service.
Information We Process
Account and profile information
Name, username, email address, phone number, country code, and language preference.
Employee, account, store, role, team, and organization identifiers.

Customer and contact information Authorized users may create and manage business contact records. These records may include:
Customer or contact names, phone numbers, and email addresses.
Tags, lifecycle stages, assignment details, file numbers, chat status, and other customer-management information.
Information supplied by the user’s organization or received through the organization’s connected communication channels. Nawa Globe does not intentionally read a user’s personal device address book. Business contact records are entered by authorized users or supplied through the organization’s systems and connected services.
Messages and uploaded content
Chat messages and conversation history.
Images, videos, audio recordings, voice messages, documents, and other files selected or created by an authorized user.
Message metadata such as sender, recipient, time, channel, delivery status, read status, and assignment information.
Device and technical information
Device type, operating system, app version, language, and platform information.
Push-notification identifiers and tokens.
IP address, connection information, crash details, diagnostic information, and security logs when generated by the service.
Location information With the user’s permission, Nawa Globe may access approximate or precise location information to identify the user’s country and automatically suggest the appropriate country or telephone dialing code. Location is not used for advertising or continuous background tracking.
Device permissions Depending on the feature being used, the app may request permission to access:
Camera — to capture and share images in conversations.
Microphone — to record and send voice messages or audio content.
Photos, videos, audio, and files — to select and upload attachments chosen by the user.
Location — to determine the country or dialing code as described above.
Notifications — to alert users about messages, assignments, and service updates. Users can deny or withdraw optional permissions through their device settings. Some features may not work without the permission needed for that feature.
How We Use Information We process information for the following purposes:
Authenticate users and maintain secure access to the service.
Provide inbox, messaging, contact-management, assignment, team, lifecycle, and notification features.
Allow users to send, receive, upload, download, and manage messages and files.
Display customer records and conversation history to authorized users within the relevant organization.
Detect the appropriate country or telephone dialing code when permission is granted.
Maintain service availability, prevent abuse, investigate security incidents, and protect accounts.
Diagnose errors, provide customer support, and improve reliability and performance.
Comply with legal, contractual, accounting, security, or regulatory obligations where applicable.
How Information Is Shared We do not sell personal information and do not use personal information for targeted advertising. Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with:
The user’s organization, authorized administrators, supervisors, team members, and agents according to their access permissions.
Service providers that support hosting, infrastructure, communications, notifications, security, diagnostics, and technical operations.
Communication platforms or channels connected by the user’s organization, when needed to send or receive business messages.
Professional advisers, auditors, regulators, courts, law-enforcement authorities, or other parties when disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and security.
A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to applicable privacy requirements.
Third-Party Services Nawa Globe may use third-party services that process limited information to provide app functionality. These may include:
OneSignal — for push-notification delivery. OneSignal may process notification tokens, device identifiers, device information, and technical delivery data.
Google Play, Android system services, and device operating-system providers — for app distribution, permission management, device functionality, and platform services.
Hosting, cloud infrastructure, security, and communications providers used to operate Nawa Globe and its backend systems. Third-party providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices and are expected to use information only for the services they provide.
Data Security We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include access controls, authenticated sessions, secure network communication such as HTTPS, permission-based access, and operational monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Users and organizations are responsible for protecting their login credentials, controlling authorized access, and promptly reporting suspected misuse.
Data Retention Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain the organization’s records, fulfill contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and protect security. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information, the organization’s instructions, applicable law, backup schedules, and operational requirements. When information is no longer required, it may be deleted, anonymized, or securely isolated until deletion from backup systems.
User Choices and Rights Depending on applicable law and the relationship with the user’s organization, users may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of certain personal information. Requests may be subject to identity verification, organizational authorization, and legal exceptions. Users can also manage optional device permissions through Android or device settings and can manage notification preferences through the app or device settings.
Account and Data Deletion Nawa Globe accounts are generally created or provisioned by an organization or its administrator rather than created directly by individual users inside the mobile app. To request deletion of an account or associated personal information, contact the organization administrator or email development@digializer.com. Please include enough information to identify the relevant account and organization. We may need to verify the requester’s identity and authority before acting on the request. When a valid deletion request is approved, the relevant account data will be deleted or anonymized unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, contractual, dispute-resolution, or regulatory reasons. Some records may also remain temporarily in backups until the normal backup retention period expires.
International Processing Information may be processed in countries where Digializer, the user’s organization, or service providers operate. Where required, reasonable safeguards are used for international transfers of personal information.
Children’s Privacy Nawa Globe is a business application intended for authorized workplace users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. If such information is identified, contact us so that appropriate action can be taken.
Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, services, legal requirements, or data practices change. The revised policy will be published with an updated effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the app, website, or organization administrators where appropriate.
